Kristan is the Managing Director of Women's Forum Australia. She previously worked in the Australian Public Service and Royal Australian Navy for over twenty years specialising in corporate governance, finance and administration. Kristan has served on various boards and governance committees both in Australia and overseas. She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting, a First Class Honours degree in Mathematics and a Master of Arts in International Relations. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Rachael Wong - Director of Research, Policy and Advocacy
Rachael is a barrister and the Director of Research, Policy and Advocacy at Women’s Forum Australia. She previously worked with the Law Reform Commission in Samoa to bring about legislative reform to improve the lives of Samoan women and girls. She has also collaborated with organisations that seek to eliminate sexual exploitation of women and children. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Auckland and a Master of Bioethics and Health Law from the University of Otago.
